...i see ian in his underpants! so it is 2am and i'm almost done with the last details, well, not really, as we take off for europe tomorrow. ian has a business trip to london and france and i'm going! farming the kids out. i'm a lil' anxious cause we've never been so far, for so long, from them. we're gone for 2 wks. i'm trying to get excited. i think it will come on the plane! how blessed are we?
so in anticipation of a 2nd honeymoon i "got waxed" - oh ya, brazilian style. so someone tell me again, why did i do that? i feel like i got closer to this woman much faster than i ever did with my ob/gyn in the first 10 seconds or even ian on our wedding night...for that matter! again, someone forgot to tell me about the intimacy factor with the waxing lady!!! and the pain!!!!! every single time i felt the hot wax on my skin and she put that cloth over it i would ask her "is it gonna hurt"? and she'd say "no" and then she finally said "no pain, no gain" and i said "can you just leave it like that, half way done? who's gonna really see it anyway? and she's all "it has to look beautiful for your husband" and i'm like - just glue back on what you just removed and take me from this torture chamber! needless to say she kept going and informed me of my "thick roots". they will stay that way. i will continue to shave as i have for 11 yrs. besides, i'm not sure i like the results...it's like i'm starting all over with puberty again and i HATED that stage. i'd rather look like the naked ladies in the art all over the museums - but not so much! again, why do women do this?
so we're off. i may or may not be posting while we're gone. probably not. but, i will have lots of photos to post and lots to say about my first ever international trip!! i also plan on gaining 10 pounds. whatever!
i will so miss my babies.....should i stress?

ooooo! i'm so excited for you! i recently got waxed for the first time myself (for the cancun trip). we'll have to swap waxing stories -- oh, wait, i guess you already shared yours! we'll have to chat when you get back. have the best time!
