after i picked up the kids today i said "mommy is really tired and needs to take a nap so you guys hang out and chill out and i'll get up in like 30 minutes. that was at 3pm. at 5pm i was awakened by fighting - fighting? being woken up? not a good combo for me...ian got home at 6:30 and asked what i made for dinner. i gave him a look like "what the hell did you just ask me" and he decided to make dinner - this was it:
a bowl of popcorn, tiny bowl of cheese, and top ramon - as you can see the kids were happy.
let me see what else i can find from my life the past 2 weeks:
my thighs and hips are G R O W I N G! so last sunday was a reception at the tournament of roses house and given for all the residence that put up with all the rose parade hoop-la that are on the parade route. well our block is where at the end of the parade all the horses and carriages come thru and we get our own parade. here are some photos from that reception:

this was the first queen of the parade back in the late 1800's. she looks more like the gal from the exorcist - or maybe she was having a bad "period" day.

the above are of me with my 2 childhood friends at "high tea at noon", ethan on halloween - he was a spy, and evan and i - the vampire and witch - i loved halloween this year. i also have to say that on halloween i wasn't hearing all the great songs on the radio so i came home and went on youtube and watched michael's "thriller" video like 5 times in a row. that was the last of michael really looking decent and actually still seeming like a man. i miss you michael!!!
