i'm obviously not too proud to post this photo. this was taken in the car, after i noticed it in my all of a sudden very tight jeans. this is "my" muffin top. now you see it...now you don't...i'm hoping. i went running about 4 miles today and started posting all i eat on the fridge in an attempt to lose this muffin top. no more eating chocolate all day for me!
