my goose... the goddess at her first halloween, middle school dance with elle and cassy. fun!i feel like every minute of every day is full of events, chores, errands, and a list of things to do, places to go, and people to see. today will be no different but it sure is nice to have a quiet moment and feel like we are enjoying some good times in our little family.
the kids are soo excited for halloween. we have decked the house out and started eating candy on a daily basis like a week ago. i will post some fun photos tomorrow.
well i'm off to fold 8 loads of laundry, clean floors, do yard work, do the dishes, tidy rooms, and gear up for a busy afternoon. i was thinking this morning that i love my job. seriously love being a homemaker, a suzy homemaker. i would cry if i had to go out into the real world and leave behind what i do all day - for free. so my heart and thoughts are of you who do and make the most of it. i'll clean a toilet in your honor today.

Suzy you alway know how to make me feel better about my life by putting into words exactly how I feel. I went to pick my kids up from school today and of course I didn't have time to put real clothes on or shoes so wearing a "t" and slippers I ran to get them and then realized that I forgot that I had to pick up something on the way home, SO, into the store I go wearing my fabulous ensemble with no makeup or hair done and think to myself "when did I finally decide that this was okay?"
So,thank you for making me feel better about my life. Because I know that I am not alone that you are out there living a similiar life doing similiar things, only I know that you are well dressed and showered because you know better.
I love being homemaker too, I can't compare to Suzy homemaker but I try! Being a mama rocks. 8 loads of laundry is good birth control for me though! Whoa Nelly.
