so this past friday i was a chaparone at lauren's first middle school dance. since it's a small school it was easy to keep an eye on the kids. they're quite a good bunch but when the d.j. surprised us with "flo rida" - a.k.a. the "low" song...i have to say we mom's were pretty surprised ourselves!!! not just that he would play that at a middle school dance, but that those middle school kids were seriously gettin' "low" and they knew the words (not that they had a clue what he is really talking about) and a mom had to break up a lil' couple that were pegged together, gettin' low, like dogs in heat! my, my!! honestly, we mom's were bustin' our own moves to that song too! it was so fun for me to watch lauren with her friends and to not be too embarrased with me there. i will be at every dance they have!! oh why does my baby have to grow up so fast?!

this great angel i found at that aidan grey website. i love this one but it's too much mula!i also saw this nativity set there and fell in love but it will have to be mine when it goes on clearance! i like to collect pretty nativities. o.k., i'm outta here for now!
