judy made me some oatmeal once and it was more like dessert.
9 grain cerel, cooked.
add candied pecans or walnuts.
add sliced or grated green apples.
add brown sugar.
add vanilla yogurt.
eat til you are full.
so now i make my own version:
steel cut oatmeal, cooked.
add vanilla extract when water is boiling and a dash of salt.
add butter and cinnamon.
add blueberries.
add vanilla yogurt.
eat til you wanna barf.
