...because it sure felt like it today. and, we should have gone swimming. but, it was too hot to leave the house. but we did for target, of course. and...trader joes, of course. and, lauren's riding lessons.

this is peace. the boys asleep. quiet. and...ethan hugging evan. ethan is always hanging on evan or "giving him love". it so bothers evan but ethan can't help himself. he's the lovey/dovey of the family. ...and we love him for that!

last week was evan's turn for art classes and i ended up having my artist ethan doing it again too. he is all about art and being creative. i love it. they had a blast!

the kids, reluctantly, had swim lessons last week. it was all i could do to drag, bribe, and force them into going. must everything be a battle?! needless to say they advanced to the next level. but...there will be no next level for them. they are done and...i am too!

daddy is gone for a couple of weeks to london, again. oh...how will i survive? lots of babysitters. lots of dvd's. lots of chocolate.
